One cam, I POE, so I wondered if there's a voltage drop from the cabling due to the physical change of placement. Oddly, I lowered the IP back to a lower IP on the network, and the issue lessened! Was dropping in minutes, now it might be a day or so. Suddenly they started to drop off the network and cycling the switch brings them back. Both worked fine for years, but I moved their physical location and changed their ip. I'm recently seeing this exact issue the original poster described on an old pair of Foscams I have.
